Ticket Cancellation and Refunds 

  1. In the event of cancellation of a bus / service trip, will assist the passenger in providing an alternative similar service, subject to availability. In case an alternative is not available, then shall be liable to the passenger only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger for the price of the ticket.

  2. In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason, will refund the differential amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customer within 24 hours of the journey.

  3. Tickets booked on can be cancelled on Internet at this website. PNR No. and Ticket No. are required for cancellation of tickets.

  4. Tickets booked on can be cancelled up to 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time, levies 10% cancellation charge of its own. These charges can be up to 100% depending on the bus operator. Please check with No cancellation is possible within two hours of departure. Some bus operator do not allow ticket to be cancelled much before two hours of departure. In that case cancellation shall not be possible on within those hours of departure.

  5. Cancellation charges will be deducted from the booking amount.

  6. After cancellation of tickets using Guest Account / Member account, refund amount will be transferred in their bank account through NEFT Transfer within 3 working days* of cancellation. If refund is not received within 3 working days, users are requested to send email to quoting PNR No. and Ticket No. of cancelled ticket.
